  8. Hi Nemanika, although you have tapped into the tourism industry, I would like to thank you for elaborating on the topic of neurodiversity.
    As a mother with a son diagnosed with ADD, I am glad that you have written about it. Especially in a country like Sri Lanka, the conditions that you have mentioned are still a taboo subject for the majority of the people.
    What I see is that there is a huge lack of awareness. People are afraid and hide behind social and religious values.
    There is a long way to go for neurodiverse people to be considered normal rather than having a disability and to be accepted in the workforce.
